Ytday was Global Pork Distribution Awards 2006!! This freaking awards ceremony is well-known for being unfair. Although Ahzi got a lovely line of 5 awards but well, if she did'nt attend, she can just happily be rewarded with 1 accounting to "A PErfect Day" being one of the top20 hits.

 

That was what happened last year. If I'm not wrong, she only won 1.5 award. "woDeAi" as 1 of the top20 hits and shared the glam of Most Popular Duet "YuanDian" with Kaya!

The 1st award was quite a punch. Cause the papers reported that Mr. Veggie was leading in the 60% public voting. But well, eventually Ahzi won the 40% juedges professional voting. And hmm..the veggie fans were like making a big fuss over it. Complaining why is that so...blhblahblah...why they lost.

 

Actually this greatly shows one's EQ & IQ. Mr Veggie VS Ahzi. Hey come on..a human being wif common sense will of course agree that latter will win. Anyway, veggies have no brains. If you say that you have won in that 60% but lost eventually. Yu should simply shut up and hurry dig a hole to bury your face into it. You must have faired bloody badly in that 40% in order to lose that award!

 

Outstanding. Okay..to be fair to Mr. Veggie, let's do a fair comparison of this year's achievements.

 

Vegie fans said he held a concert in Sg. Okay..good point! Ahzi held close to 10 this year and all sold-out. Not only in Sg, but also China, HongKong, Taiwan & Malaysia.And lets compare the 1 in Sg then. Ahzi broke the history of Asian singer concert ticket price with her premium tickets priced @s$198 and all swept off on the first day of sale. Eh..Mr. Veggie??? I don't know=) Cause not in the least interested in him.

 

Popularity. Kindly grab any fela from China and ask him/her..do you know mr. veggie???? Ohh..give them a break...on't mae things difficult for them. That's a tougher question than what they encounter on their exam papers.

 

OKAY! Enough of veggie words.

 

Best album was really a shock for me, for us. Including Ahzi herself. Frankly speaking, this album received comments from the both extreme ends. And it is a product that wanders away from the market. This award really inject a syringe of confidence to Ahzi that she happily announced her new album will be out next yr, March. Deep inside, I'm happy. Cause WanMeiDeYiTian is my favorite album. I don't know why.

One does not need any constructive reason to like something. It's based on feelings. That's something you seriously lack of=)

 

I'd told them sooOOOO many timez that on te 28th oct I can't work cause I'll be going to the Global Chinese Music Award Ceremony. Well, so nice and thankful that I'm given OFF, but hafta work part-time from 11am-6pm. So...wat's the difference man?!

 

So freaking agitated when the schedule is out. I tried means and ways, approached every single soul workin @Bakerzin but to no avail. I seriously don't understand how they manage manpower. The part-timers are free to work as and when, quit anytime they feel like to...and the poor full-timers hafta slog like donkeys. More than 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Bloody hell.

 

As an attachment student, I'm only required to clock 48 hours per week. But I work a freaking total of at least 60 hours a week. I don't give a damn for those extra bucks or whatever. I need rest seriously. My prolonged illness ended yesterday, lasted for 2 weeks 4 days. I'd already cleared 4 sick leaves, presently left with 1 to last me till 25th january 2007. I was really sick, veri sick.

 

Paragon is one that really kills. There are fake taitais floating around. And of course, not ruling out those real ones. The former are irritating people who expect 2bucks from you for every 10cents they pay. I always try my best to provide excellent service. But due to some reasons and limitations, we normally can provide guests something worth a dollar with every 10cents they pay.

 

Worst still, working with dumb people. People who makes unpardonable silly mistakes such as keying wrong table number, ending food to wrong table, can't even differentiate btween spag, linguini and penne, send drinks to guests wihout straw/spoon, take orders/pick up orders an yet did'nt do the table settings...

 

NO! Wrong to say that they're dumb. They're just pure lazy.

 

Just hope that time will fly as fast as it could. I want my life back. Lala's life. My colorful life.

 

And the bloody haze. Arghhh! Those ignorant people really derserve some slashings. Pigheads will think of using fire to clear forests.

 

I really hate the present lala. I'm so unbelievable fake! I don't know where the hell I get those strength to activate those nerves around my mouth to bring up those smiles on my face. As a server, I fulfilled my job. As a person, i have high EQ. As lala, I lost my real self.

I was on my way home, dragging my exhausted bones down the usual lane which leads to the exit of the so called state land just behind CompassPoint. From far, I could see a guy and a women sitting at the Bus27 bus-stop just before the one in which I always alight after returning from the airport. It was close to 12 midnight. I sensed this chill down my spine.

 

As I was  getting nearer, I got a shock!!!!

 

Nahz..this entry is not on any spiritual encounter of headless/chinless or long-tongueds. And I hope there'll NEVER be one on my blog.

 

The guy is in his 50s and he smelled as though he had poured half a bottle of those kinda rose brand cologne that he could have bought from some stores at Chinatown over his body. Is there sucha brand? No clue. His sparse hair was so neatly gel-ed and combed back that each and every strong movement of the teeths of the comb could be clearly seen. He was wearing a failry pressed off-white shirt which is tucked into his high-waist black trousers, fastened by a leather belt. Did'nt manage to catch a glimpse of his shoes.

 

The woman is my Dad's 40+years friend's wife.

 

Well, the wife of the sole breadwinner of the family and mother of a 6year old. That's so unbecoming pf that woman!

 

I should not jump to any conclusion wothout any justification or evidence. However, some things can be understood without having the need to be explained.

 

A marriage is a paper which legally certify this relationship. However, it's also glued with a string of responsibilities, promises and committments.

 

I may be fickle. But when I really make up my mind and settle down to some stuff, I'll be committed.

 

Being faithful is the least you can do. I despise unfaithful people.

Haiz, i'm really very prone to sickness. I wonder why. I do feel that I'm a healthy kid, however it does not appear to be. I sleep well. I eat well. And I exercise.

 

I was running a temperature on Tuesday and Wednesday. But still went for work. I hav only 5 days of MC and had taken 2 so far. And I still have 4 months to go.

 

Being in the service line ain't easy. You must be a person of both high EQ & IQ. You need much patience and manners than anyone one else. You hafta smile, regardless of what. And for weird people like me, it's rather a rocky task. But I do show prefessionalism, yea.

 

Considering the hard work that servers put in, 5 or 6 bucks per hour for wages is actually peanuts. It's a great job for schoolers who are having breaks or those who wanna earn some bucks out of their free-time. For a job, it does not contain much prospects. Unless you are very certained that you have the capabilities to climb up the ladder to the top.

It was a fantastic day for me but not for Mr.Daniel Tay(my boss)....ooopz..=X

 

Businees ain't bad, but can be better. Well, it's Monday BluezzzZZ. Hmm..that should lead to better business yea? Good food definitely makes one happy=) At least for me..haha!

 

There were certain periods in which it was kinda cold. And I'd actually made good use of those times to actually make Bakerzin @Paragon into a spick and span place. I'm pretty proud of it! Wait!! That does not mean that the outlet was dirty. It was clean, but more clean now.

 

I got to talk alot to Ahmad, XinYao and another guy(4got his name but he's from Myanmar). Ahmad has an interesting life. He can make a movie outta it...hahah! I shall blog on him one day. Xinyao, VERY crappy. He has this resentment and prejudice against GAYS..lolz. The other guy, wow, he's a great dancer.

 

I was very honoured to have Mr. Daniel to teach me howta make GOOD coffee. It requires lotsa knowledge. And every single detail is very important. And i gave my FIRST time to XinYao. FIRST COFFEE I MADE=) It was a double shot iced latte. He said it was nice. I believe him..whahahah!

 

Anyway, I've got big plans. Hahahahz...a whole list of pending plans. Each and every will be disclosed when the time is right. And they are definitely worth for at least five cents of anticipation..

 

 

 

 

I was about to turn in but I'm really too happy for this friend of mine, who'd given birth on 23rd sept 2006!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Well, lotsa you guys know her too. ZANYBEAR HAD GIVEN BIRTH TO A CUTE LITTLE LIBRA PRINCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The baby is named Yeo LeXuan. And Zanybear is pretty proud of how feminine and sweet the name is..hahaha! And the surname of course, follows the dad's..lolz.

 

The last time I've seen Zanybear was 14th january 2006 and she simply disappeared for like soooOOOO many months. Yeah, disappearance can turn into surprises too.

 

 

Center of attraction is someone who by possesses this amazing power that even the limelight is not on the person but yet there are still people who will spare a moment to look at the person. An attention-seeker is one who tries very hard to steal the limelight but however, the light is tied with a string of negative comments, resentments and irritants. Do you belong to the former or the latter??

 

The former sounds much more better but sometimes, it beats me. Or perhaps there should be this option3. Be low-profile.

 

Sometimes, it's better to talk less or rather, shut up.

Sometimes, it's better to hide the excitement deep in the bottom of your heart.

Sometimes, it's better to give that kinda ''you think I care?" attitude.

 

One does not hafta be loud.

One does not hafta seek attention at all times.

One does not hafta make abrupt assumptions in which eventually turns out to be empty-ness.

Just returned from the airport.

 

Was supposed to be happy, cause just met Ahzi and once again..she's very nice and sweet=)

 

However, there's always this person who will make me fed up. So fed up that how I wish I could strangle him till he suffocates to death on the spot!! Arghhhh!!!!! What a spoiler!

 

Ain't getting any better, my condition. But Ahzi's Get Well Soon definitely aid alot. The mini standi is now on my desk. Whenever I'm ill, I can simply look at it and it will somehow makes me feel better I suppose?! At least the mental part will recover=X

 

And it's veri heart-warmiing when Ahzi straight away writes To: Lala wothout needing me to prompt her or something. The same goes to TWL and CCC...hahahaha!

 

Will get to see Ahzi tml...woohoo!!! All thanks to YiChao, who surrenderred his i/c to me. but kinda sad for him, he cant make it as he will be having his papers in the afternon.

 

Well, all started because of that rainpour on last Saturday.

 

It was raining people(not only cats and dogs) and I was asked to run an errand. All the way from Paragon to Taka. Even if I was to take the underpass, I would still be exposed to the tearing sky.

 

But lucky me=) There were 2 good souls who sheltered me to and fro. Although I was half wet eventually. 50% is definitely better than 100%.

 

Then on Sunday, i went to the clinic @CP. 30bucks in return of consultation and 2 types of pills.

 

Today, I took my medicine @5+ and had my dinner one hr later. I had Ham/bacon.Mushroom Linguini. When I was eating, I could sense that my vision has been reduced to a smaller focus. I thought it may be due to tiredness that my eyes were feeling down. When I was done with my meal, JO(supervisor) got a shock when she turned and talked to me.

 

Chef Eik commented that I looked like Ultrawoman..%$#%@&!

 

Jo then brought me off to Paragon Mediacal, combing every single level to seek medication or something. However, the clinics there are closed @5pm. After spending like 45minutes, seraching frantically and aimlessly, we'd decided to make a trip to Mount-E.

 

When I reached there, we were supposed to join the queue of like 13 people ahead of us. however, upon lokkin at my eggy eyes, the nurse brought me directly to the A&E department and showed to one of the beds. I had my body temperature and blood pressure measured.

 

In less than 10min, Dr. Vivian chan attended to me. A less than 5min conversation cost me 65bucks.

 

I was given 2jabs. 1 on mt left butt and the other on my right hand. I got the former first. It was so freaking pain but I felt drowsy after that. The 2nd one was pretty ok. The needle was inserted into one of my veins. i could feel the light champagne liquid(the color's like something similar to peach syrup dissolved in distilled water) went through my vein, beneath my skin, all the way up my arm. The feeling was quite gross!

 

After that, I took a short rest while Jo called to inform my parents.

 

I was aginst the idea of informing them as they may get worried. But the nurse said that only my parents can settle my discharge thingy.

 

After a 2 1/2 hr rest, Dr. Chan came to examine my eyes and I went to collect my medicine and Medical Cert. It was $118.65!!!!!
